Christmas is a time for celebration, love and cherished traditions. It’s a time to gather with loved ones, exchange gifts and indulge in delicious festive food. And for Bollywood actress Tara Sutaria, this year’s Christmas holds a special meaning as she opens up about her cherished Christmas traditions, festive food rituals, and the meaningful custom she hopes to begin with her partner.

In an exclusive interview, the young and talented actress shared her excitement for the upcoming Christmas festivities. With a bright smile and twinkling eyes, Tara revealed how she and her family have been celebrating Christmas since she was a child. “Christmas is a big deal in my house. It’s a tradition that has been passed down from my grandparents to my parents and now to my siblings and I,” she said.

For Tara and her family, the celebrations start early in December with decorating the Christmas tree. “We have this beautiful Christmas tree that we decorate with lights, ornaments, and a star on top. It’s a tradition that we look forward to every year,” she shared. The Christmas tree, adorned with fairy lights and glittery ornaments, stands tall in the Sutaria household, creating a warm and festive ambiance.

As for the festivities, Tara’s family loves to surround themselves with their loved ones. “Our house is always filled with relatives and close friends during Christmas. It’s a time to come together, share stories, and make memories,” she said. The actress, who is known for her close-knit family, mentioned how Christmas is a time where everyone gathers, regardless of their busy schedules, to spend quality time with each other.

But, it’s not just about decorations and gatherings for the Sutaria family. Christmas is also a time for delicious food and cherished food rituals. “My mother makes the most amazing Christmas spread. From turkey and ham to cranberry sauce and plum cake, it’s a feast for the senses,” Tara shared. The family has a special tradition of baking and decorating gingerbread cookies, where everyone gets involved, making it a fun and cherished activity.

Apart from the food, Tara also revealed her favourite Christmas ritual, which is midnight mass. “We attend midnight mass every year. It’s a beautiful and meaningful service that sets the tone for the rest of the celebrations,” she said. Tara also mentioned how she loves getting dressed up in her festive best for the midnight mass, which is a tradition in itself.

As Christmas is a time of giving, Tara and her family also make sure to spread love and cheer to those less fortunate. “We donate food and gifts to orphanages and NGOs every year. It’s a small way for us to give back to the community and spread joy during the festive season,” she said. The actress believes in the true spirit of Christmas, which is about love, kindness and giving.

But, this year’s Christmas holds an even more special meaning for Tara as she hopes to begin a new tradition with her partner. “I am excited to spend Christmas with my partner, Aadar, and start our own meaningful tradition together,” she said. Although she did not reveal the details of the new tradition, Tara mentioned that it will be something close to her heart and will add a new element to their celebrations.

Finally, when asked about her Christmas wish, Tara said, “I wish for everyone to have a safe and peaceful Christmas, surrounded by love and happiness.” The actress hopes that this Christmas will be a reminder for everyone to cherish their loved ones and be grateful for all the blessings in their life.

As we bid farewell to 2020, Christmas brings a ray of hope and joy in our hearts. And for Tara Sutaria, this year’s Christmas holds even more significance as she cherishes her family traditions, eagerly awaits the festivities, and looks forward to starting a new meaningful tradition with her partner. Her positivity and love for the festive season are truly infectious, making us all look forward to a memorable Christmas.
