Greene: ‘Let’s pray that we are not attacked by terrorists’

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) has called for prayers following President Trump’s announcement of strikes on three Iranian nuclear sites late Saturday. The congresswoman expressed her hope that the United States would not be attacked by terrorists and urged Americans to join together in prayer for the safety of our troops and citizens in the Middle East.

In a post on her social media platform, Rep. Greene wrote, “As tensions continue to rise between the United States and Iran, let us not forget to pray for the safety of our brave men and women in uniform who are serving overseas. We must also pray for the safety of all Americans in the Middle East.”

Her call for prayers comes after President Trump ordered the strikes on the Iranian nuclear sites in response to recent attacks on U.S. military bases in Iraq. The strikes were carried out in an effort to prevent further aggression from Iran and to protect American lives.

Rep. Greene’s message of unity and prayer is a reminder that in times of conflict, it is important to come together as a nation and support our troops who are risking their lives to protect our country. As a strong advocate for the military, she understands the sacrifices that our servicemen and women make every day and the importance of standing behind them.

Her call for prayers also highlights the power of faith and the comfort it can bring during uncertain times. In the face of potential danger, turning to prayer can provide a sense of peace and hope for a positive outcome.

Rep. Greene’s message has been met with support from many, with people from all walks of life joining in prayer for the safety of our troops and citizens in the Middle East. It serves as a reminder that despite our differences, we are all Americans and we must stand united in times of crisis.

In addition to her call for prayers, Rep. Greene has also been a vocal advocate for a strong national defense and has consistently supported President Trump’s efforts to keep our country safe. As a member of the House Armed Services Committee, she understands the importance of a strong military and the need to protect our nation from threats abroad.

In her statement, Rep. Greene also expressed her hope that the U.S. would not be attacked by terrorists. This sentiment is shared by all Americans, as we all want to see our country free from harm and our citizens safe from any potential threats.

As we continue to navigate through these uncertain times, let us heed Rep. Greene’s call for prayers and come together as a nation. Let us also remember to support our troops and their families who make tremendous sacrifices for our country every day. With faith, unity, and a strong military, we can overcome any challenge and emerge even stronger.
