Dan Orlovsky Predicts The Next QB Of Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers have long been known as a model of stability in the NFL. With a rich history and a winning tradition, the Steelers have consistently been one of the top teams in the league. However, in recent years, the quarterback position has been a source of concern for the organization. Ever since Ben Roethlisberger’s prime years began to fade, the Steelers have struggled to find a suitable replacement. But according to ESPN analyst Dan Orlovsky, the solution may already be in place.

In a recent segment on ESPN’s “Get Up,” Orlovsky shared his thoughts on the ongoing Aaron Rodgers saga and how it could potentially impact the Steelers. He stated, “Here’s my thought on the [Aaron] Rodgers situation with Steelers. I think [Mason] Rudolph is the guy. I think he’s the guy that they’re going to go with.” This bold prediction has sparked a lot of discussion among Steelers fans and NFL analysts alike.

Orlovsky’s belief in Rudolph as the future quarterback of the Steelers is not unfounded. The 25-year-old has been with the team since 2018 and has shown flashes of potential in his limited playing time. He has a strong arm and good mobility, making him a good fit for the Steelers’ offensive system. And with Roethlisberger’s contract set to expire after the 2021 season, the timing could be perfect for Rudolph to take over the reins.

But why does Orlovsky believe that Rudolph is the answer for the Steelers? For one, he has seen firsthand how Rudolph has improved since his rookie season. In 2019, Rudolph was thrust into the starting role after Roethlisberger suffered a season-ending elbow injury. While he had some ups and downs, Rudolph showed growth and potential as a starter. And with a full offseason to work on his game, Orlovsky believes that Rudolph is ready to take the next step.

Another factor that could play into Rudolph’s success is the Steelers’ strong supporting cast. The team has a talented group of receivers, led by Pro Bowler JuJu Smith-Schuster, who can make plays and take pressure off the quarterback. The offensive line is also one of the best in the league, giving Rudolph the protection he needs to make plays. With these weapons at his disposal, Rudolph has the potential to thrive as the starting quarterback.

Of course, there are still some skeptics who doubt Rudolph’s ability to lead the Steelers to success. But Orlovsky is not one of them. He firmly believes that Rudolph has what it takes to be a successful quarterback in the NFL. And with the Steelers’ track record of developing and grooming quarterbacks, there is no reason to doubt that Rudolph can be the next in line.

In the end, only time will tell if Orlovsky’s prediction will come true. But one thing is for sure, the Steelers have a lot of faith in Rudolph and his potential. And with the support of the organization and his teammates, Rudolph has all the tools he needs to succeed. So, Steelers fans, don’t be surprised if you see Mason Rudolph leading your team to victory in the near future. The future of the Steelers’ quarterback position may already be in good hands.
