Giving Rockstar until January 11, 2024 (his birthday), Florida Joker presents this as his “final warning.” He claims lawyers are ready, and legal action will follow if no response is received.

He stared his demand with $2 million. Florida Joker now boasts a heftier $5 million price tag, citing constant harassment due to the alleged resemblance. He urges Rockstar to seek payment from their parent company, Take-Two Interactive.

This follows previous threats on December 13th and 17th, with a 48-hour ultimatum issued on the latter date. Florida Joker claims to have “hard evidence” and even compares his case to Lindsay Lohan’s past legal actions.
