‘Trying best to be available’ Mohammed Shami determined to make comeback in IND vs ENG Test series

India Cricket Team veteran pacer Mohammed Shami has claimed that he is trying his very best to be fit for the upcoming IND vs ENG Test series. While he is set to miss the opening games, he might make a return midway into the 5-match series. Shami suffered an ankle injury and is yet to feature for India after the ODI World Cup.

Shami has been out of action for quite sometime. He missed the India tour of South Africa owing to his injury. And now his participation in the IND vs ENG is also at risk. But since it is a 5-match Test series, with a lot of time, the BCCI is unwilling to fast-track his return to the team.
