But the Indian shooters did not end up winning any of the Paris 2024 Olympic quotas, as the country has already secured all the spots available in the rifle category. Coming back to the competition, India finished in the second spot, in the qualification round with 631.3 points, behind 632.3 points.

Whereas, in the final, Rudrankksh and Mehuli won the final with a score of 16-10. Unfortunately, the other Indian team of Elavanil Vlarivan and Arjun Babuta finished fifth in the qualification round. Other than that, another medal came India’s way, as the 10m air pistol mixed team of Rhythm Sangwan Arjun Singh Cheema claimed a silver medal.

The duo lost the final battle 11-17 against the Vietnamese pair of Trinh Thu Vinh and Pham Quang Huy.
